Cancellation on the day: 100% of the room charge
No show: 100% of the room charge

20日前～のキャンセル：ご宿泊料金の5％（ゴールデンウィーク、お盆、年末・年始等）

Please note, if you are found smoking inside the hotel, you will be charged 20,000JPY for cleaning and room damage fee.
